These Terms of Service govern your use of Photo Pro's website, services, and any communication between you and Photo Pro. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

We offer professional photography services including:

3. Booking Process

Initial Consultation

1.Free initial consultation (in-person, phone, or video call)

4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made according to the following schedule:

6. Image Rights

Client Rights

Upon final payment, clients receive:

  • •Social Media: Rights to share on personal social media with credit
  • •Prints: Rights to make personal prints
  • •Commercial Use: Additional commercial license available

Photographer Rights

Photo Pro retains the following rights unless explicitly transferred in writing:

  • •Copyright: Full copyright ownership of all photographs
  • •Promotional Use: Use in photographer's marketing materials
  • •Social Media: Sharing on photographer's social media accounts
  • •Competition Entry: Entry into photography competitions
  • •Exhibition Display: Display in galleries and exhibitions

7. Delivery Timeline

Typical delivery timelines:

Commercial projectsAs specified in contract

8. Force Majeure

Photo Pro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Photo Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
